Privacy Policy

We collect your Google account name and email to sign you in, and the photo you upload to produce your ID photo.

Uploaded originals are deleted automatically within 24 hours. Generated photos for paid orders are kept for 30 days, then deleted. Unpaid results are deleted within 24 hours.

A small preview thumbnail of each generated photo is kept for 7 days so our staff can resolve support requests and improve photo quality, then deleted. After that we keep only non-image records (photo size, background color, check results and timestamps).

If you send feedback or a question, we store your message, the page you were on, your language and the email address you optionally provide. Your message (together with the checks of your current photo, but never the photo itself) is sent to an AI assistant (Anthropic Claude) to draft an automatic reply, and our team can read it to follow up. You can ask us to delete your feedback at any time.

Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal; we never see or store card numbers.

We use a first-party cookie to measure which channels bring visitors. We do not sell personal data.
