Privacy Policy

We collect your Google account name and email to sign you in, and the photo you upload to produce your ID photo.

Uploaded originals are deleted automatically within 24 hours. Generated photos for paid orders are kept for 30 days, then deleted. Unpaid results are deleted within 24 hours.

Until they are deleted, generated photos may be viewed by our staff to resolve support requests and improve photo quality. After deletion we keep only non-image records (photo size, background color, check results and timestamps).

Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal; we never see or store card numbers.

We use a first-party cookie to measure which channels bring visitors. We do not sell personal data.
